The Noco Boost HD Ultrasafe Jump Starter is compact but still packs a punch with 4250 amps. The heavy duty charger will charge 10.0 liter gas engines and 8.0 liter diesel engines. It’s also ideal for watercraft and that Sunday cruiser of a riding mower. Small enough to store in your glove box, motorcycle saddle bag or under your truck seats, this jump pack weighs only 7lbs.
The GB70 comes partially charged out of the box and needs to be fully charged prior to use. Connect the GB70 using the included USB Charge Cable to the USB IN port. It can also be recharged from any USB powered port, like an AC adapter, car charger, laptop and more. There is a 4 bar power indicator light: 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% full charge.
Press the Power Button to begin the jump-starting process. All LEDs will flash to confirm they are functioning properly. If the battery clamps are connected correctly, the White Boost LED will illuminate. If the clamps are connected in reverse, the Red Error LED will illuminate. Reverse the clamp connections to clear the error. Once the White Boost LED illuminates, the GB70 is ready to jump-start your vehicle. This is a great build in safety feature that will not allow the Jump pack to operate if the connections are on incorrectly.
Attempt to start the vehicle. Most vehicles will start immediately, while some may require the GB70 to remain connected for up to 30 seconds before starting. If the vehicle does not start, wait 20–30 seconds before trying again. Do not perform more than five (5) consecutive jump-start attempts within a 15-minute period. Allow the GB70 to rest for 15 minutes before attempting to jump-start the vehicle again.
Night time operations are never ideal and are not an issue with Noco Boost HD Ultrasafe Jump Starter. The pack comes with a 500 lumen LED light, making working under the hood easier and requires one less thing, a flashlight.
The Noco jump pack puts out 60w of charging capabilities. This is perfect for top offs on your personal devices like phones, tablets, watches and job site flashlights.
The jump pack can be charged on the go in the truck, van or car by using the USB-C charging cord. When completely empty, the Noco jump pack will take a little over 2 and half hours to fully charge. In a hurry, but completely empty, in just 5 minutes you will have enough power to get your battery going.
