DEWALT® Introduces New Job-site Tough Construction Headlamp for Pros

I’m a bit  of a flashlight and headlamp junkie.  I probably got into it when I started backpacking and winter camping and it evolved into the job-site.   I learned early on that not only does a headlamp frees my hands to perform the task at hand but it puts the light directly where my eyes are.  When choosing a headlamp weight is always a consideration since it will sit on top of your head.  Battery source is the second consideration.  Are the batteries needed easily obtained locally?

DEWALT recently released a 2 ounce,  water and impact (up to 2 meters) resistant  jobsite headlamp – model DWHT70440.  The DWHT70440 emits 104 lumen and can run up to 6 hours on the high light output setting.   An additional low setting  emits 25 lumen and has a  run time 29 hours. That’s impressive run time.

The DEWALT Job-site Headlamp DWHT70440 runs off of 3 AAA batteries, has a  3 year limited warranty, and sells for approximately $24.99.
