The DEWALT 360 Combo Laser Level DW0811 is a combination, class 2 laser and has three settings that allows the user three different options of laser lines. The horizontal and vertical settings can be combined to produce a cross hair line.

Plum Line laser line – projects a line 180 degrees vertically
Level Laser Line – projects a line 180degrees horizontally
360 Degree Level Line – projects a single beam of light at 360 degrees to establish a horizontal plane.

These laser level options are typically used for leveling, plumbing, machine control, framing, installing trim, deck construction, measuring elevation, measuring distance, alignment and site-prep grading. Read the review on this laser here.
