Trade Student Tuition Grants
Trade Students Now Eligible For $1,000 in Tuition Grants
The Home Depot has announced it will award $1 million in Trade Student Tuition Grants in the form of $1000 scholarships. They will offer these grants in 2010 to students enrolled in eligible building and construction trade education programs, more than tripling its $300,000 commitment to the program it established in 2009.
Up to 500 students will receive $1,000 scholarships that can be used for tuition, supplies, and tools
Scholarship applications will be accepted through April 30, 2010. For information or to apply online, students can log on to www.homedepot.com/tradescholarship.
