Porter Cable PIN138 Pin Nailer

Porter Cable PIN138 Pin Nailer 23 Gauge

A Pin Nailer Is A Small But Handy Finish And Shop Tool:

The Porter Cable PIN138 Pin Nailer uses 23-gauge headless and slight head pin nails from 5/8-Inch to 1-3/8-Inch length.

Pin Nails

The headless nails are great for holding things in place until the glue dries.  Things like small moldings, dentil molding, bead molding, raised panels and miter returns that are prone to splitting are perfect.

Pin nails do not have great holding power bat are great for holding nice fitting joints in place until the glue dries or until clamped.

The beauty of the headless pin nails is that they are almost invisible to the normal viewing eye.  They disappear even more when you take pains to install the pin nails into creases, shadow lines or near a seam.

The slight head pins are just what they say, they have a slight head and have a slightly better holding power.  At 2.2 pound this little nails is super light and slightly larger than my  palm.
