Porter Cable Brad Nailer BN200C

Thee folks at Porter-Cable recently released two re-designed 18GA, oil-free, finish nailers as more compact and more durable – Porter-Cable Stapler and Brad Nailer  are models BN200C and NS150C respectively.

The Porter-Cable Stapler and Brad Nailer each feature a removable non-marring nose tip, a sequential style trigger, and rear exhaust to direct air away from the user. For ease of use, each of the these nailers feature a new magnesium shell for lightweight and durability, oil-free operation, a tool-free jam release mechanism, a tool-free adjustable depth-of-drive feature and an adjustable belt clip.

The Porter Cable Brad Nailer BN200C is an 18 gauge brad nailer that is perfrect for finish carpentry and woodworking.  With a 100 nail magazine capacity, this tool can handle 18 guage fasteners from 5/8 to 2 inches. Weighing only 2.65 pounds, this tool also features rear contact safety for visibility. The model BN200C kit includes 500 fasteners, a 1/4 inch air fitting, and a carrying case. Available in July 2012 at home centers and the independent channel, this tool will sell for approximately $79.99.

Porter Cable Cown Stapler NS150C

The 18 gauge narrow crown stapler is designed for furniture building, cabinet assembly and decorative trim. With a 100 staple magazine capacity, this tool accepts 1/4 inch crown staples from 1/2 to 1-1/2 inches. Weighing only 2.6 pounds, the Cable Cown Stapler also features a split nose design for easy removal of jammed staples. The model NS150C will sell for approximately $99.99..
