Racedeck Garage Floors

RaceDeck Custom Designed Floor

Are you looking for a unique way to bring a state of the art design to your garage? We recently took a look at RaceDeck Garage Floor’s custom floor system. RaceDeck is an interlocking floor system that is made in the USA. Tiles come in a wide variety of colors, patterns, and sizes, which means that no matter the shape or size of your garage, you can design a floor system that is uniquely your own.

Durability & Design

RaceDeck is an easy, snap-together floor tile system that takes just hours to install and requires no tools, which means no mess. The tiles measure 12″ x 12″ x .5″ and have four “Power-Locks” on each side, which securely snap into the surrounding tiles to create an integrated floor system. In addition to the standard tiles, the system also has finished edge trim pieces that measure 12” x 3” and add a finished quality to the design.

Each RaceDeck garage floor is engineered to perform in harsh environments that include vehicle traffic, salt, water, oil, gasoline, anti-freeze, brake fluid and UV radiation. Perforations integrated into the design allow for air and moisture to flow freely underneath, preventing odor causing mold and mildew. The system also allows for thermal expansion and can support in excess of 80,000 pounds in weight. RaceDeck is not only durable, but it is also designed for superior slip resistance, which means the floor is safe even when it becomes wet, unlike an epoxied floor. RaceDeck currently has 18 patents and dozens more are pending.

Installing RaceDeck Garage Floors

We installed a floor a few weeks ago and were blown away with how easily it was to put together.  (Note: We did use a hammer to flush some tight fitting parts together.)

Once you have chosen your colors, patterns, and tread types, the RaceDeck floor is shipped directly to you. Right out of the box it is ready for install; no waiting for paint to dry, no mess.

We were pleased with the end result, RaceDeck gave our floor a beautiful, clean finish.

Cost

The RaceDeck tiles cost an average of $3.00 per tile
