Bosch Diamond Blades

Bosch Diamond Cutting Masonry BladesBosch Diamond Blade

Bosch like many of the top quality tool manufacturers relies on user feedback to develop new tools and accessories.  Professional contractors know what works and what they want in a tool s performance.

Based on this user feedback Bosch developed a diamond blade combining metal powders with diamond formulations, that cut hard concrete, green concrete, tile and general purpose masonry extremely well.

Bosch diamond blades have many uses in the construction industry, including cutting stone, concrete, asphalt, bricks, tile and ceramic.  A diamond blade grinds, rather than cuts, through material and the blade typically has rectangular teeth which contain embedded diamond crystals.

Constructed with hardened and tensioned steel cores  to provide rigidity these blades have cooling holes specifically designed to keep the blade cooler and extend the life of the blade.  Cooler blades cut longer – we all know that!

Bosch is now offering three blades in sizes from 4 inches to 14 inches, including segmented rim, turbo rim and continuous rim products for large and small angle grinders and high-speed saws.  A premium diamond blade lineup is also being offered and is touted to give users a three times the life versus traditional diamond blades.
