BORA Multi-Angle Adjustable Square

BORA Multi-Angle Adjustable Square Review

BORA, a product division of Affinity Tool Works, has a new Multi-Angle Adjustable Square tool.   It’s basically an upgrade from the standard bevel  and allows users to produce consistent angle layouts, with the positive locking stops.

Bora recently sent me the Multi-Angle Adjustable Square to evaluate and I used it on a recent bead board installation and in the shop on a bookcase project.  I enjoyed using it, found it extremely accurate and enjoyed being able to fold it up and tuck it away in my tool bag when not in use.

The BORA Multi-Angle Adjustable Square features  pre-set angle positions that lock securely in place, the Multi-Angle offers a simple solution for precise angle layouts.

The Multi-Angle tool is easy to use and appropriate for users of any skill level, from the do-it-yourselfer to professional contractors, woodworking specialists and carpenters.

BORA Multi-Angle Adjustable Square Models:

Three models are available to offer an option for every end-user.

1.  Model 408 is constructed of a durable polyethylene composite and has four pre-set, locking positions: 0°, 45°, 90° and 135°.

2.  Models 808 features eight pre-set angles: 0°, 22.5°, 45°, 67.5°, 90°, 112.5°, 135° and 157.5°.  Ruler length on the Model 808 is 8 inches.

3.  812 feature eight pre-set angles: 0°, 22.5°, 45°, 67.5°, 90°, 112.5°, 135° and 157.5°.   Ruler length on the Model 812 is 12 inches.

Both the 808 and 812 are constructed of an extruded aluminum body and include a stainless-steel ruler.   All three models are designed to be durable enough to handle normal abuse and still ensure correct angles each and every time. Precision accuracy is tested to 50,000 completed folding cycles and maintained within +/- .05 degrees which is very impressive!
