Accessories To Make It Even Better

There are some very nice accessories for the Bayco NSP-1174 Safety Light Flashlight that makes it even more valuable. I especially enjoyed the 1160-Base. This heavy-weighted magnetic base fits many of the Bayco LED Nightstick flashlights. The 1160-Base firmly grasps the rubberized bottom of the Bayco NSP-1174 and enables it to attach either horizontally or vertically to any magnetic surface. It has a padded base that protects the surface it attaches to, or the 1160-Base can simply be used to hold the unit upright on any horizontal surface. I attached the Bayco NSP-1174 to the side table of my Weber gas grill when I was barbecuing dinner one evening. The Bayco NSP-1174 was also helpful when I was adding windshield washer fluid to my car—it attached upside down to the underside of my hood and the floodlight illuminated the entire engine. Changing a flat tire on your car would be made easier with the magnetic base and hands-free floodlight. The 1160-Base firmly holds the Bayco NSP-1174 and the magnetic base was strong enough to position the unit in any location I desired.

I also highly recommend the 1260-RCone. The Red Safety Cone fits over the top of many Bayco Nightstick LED flashlights. When the flashlight is turned on, the red cone is brightly illuminated. Inside the house, the 1260 Red Cone would also make a nice nightlight during a power outage for those with young children. Drivers could carry the Bayco NSP-1174 Safety Light Flashlight and the Red Cone inside their car to alert oncoming drivers to a broken-down car, roadside hazards, or to direct traffic at night. When my son is ready to drive in 2 years, I will quickly pack the Bayco NSP-1174, 1160 Magnetic Base, and 1260 Red Cone in his car for safety—any parent desiring peace of mind would want these packed away for their young drivers!

Final Thoughts

For anyone who enjoys flashlights, lanterns, and lumen as much as I do, I believe the Bayco NSP-1174 Safety Light Flashlight would be an indispensable tool around the house, the garage, and inside the family automobile.
