Rockler 24″ x 60″Protective  Rubber Bench Mat

The Rockler rubber bench mat is a 100% recycled rubber bench mat from Rockler Woodworking and Hardware.  Made from recycled tires, what I like most about  this mat is that it is a heavy duty 3mm thick rubber mat that easily covers my bench top or table saw top and protects my woodwork from dings, dents and scratches that always seem to occur in the shop.  It also serves as an awesome protective barrier from the workbench to protect your sharp tools like chisels and hand planes when dropped or set down.

Routing on this mat is also a nice bonus.  The rubber holds extremely well to the bench top and also keeps the routed parts from slipping.  Using the mat is simple, unroll it to cover your surface and then roll it up for easy storage.

Rockler Rubber Bench Mat Can Be Custom Fit:

If your like most people your work bench was built to fit in the space you have.  No worries!  The Rockler bench mat can be easily cut to a custom size and can also be glue it down onto a bench top to create a permanent protective work top or assembly table.   Rockler recommends using their environmentally friendly mat adhesive for this.

Rockler Rubber Bench Mat Features:

  1. 3mm mat is made from recycled rubber
  2.  May be custom cut to fit most bench tops or any workspace you have in mind
