Water Efficient Bathroom Collection Sparkles with Old World Charm

Characterized by exquisite detail and workmanship that is reminiscent of Colonial Virginia, the Portsmouth Collection extends throughout the bath with a complete range of solid brass bathroom faucets.

Beneath its traditional styling, all Portsmouth bathroom sink models are WaterSense®-certified for water efficiency, using only 1.5 gallons per minute (gpm). In addition, the collection’s FloWise® showerhead saves up to 40 percent on water use.

To achieve its turn-of-the-century authenticity, each design facet – from the symbolic Portsmouth cross handle to the vintage spout detail – has been carefully crafted to reflect an intricate and iconic period piece.

The Portsmouth collection is available in polished chrome, satin nickel, blackened bronze, as well as a new, “old world” finish: oil rubbed bronze, which features muted hues and authentic copper highlights. To achieve a look of authenticity, each oil rubbed bronze faucet is distressed to attain its own genuine time-worn appearance and character for an aged look and feel.

The expansive collection features 10 different single-handle and two-handle choices for bathroom sink faucets, including one single-handle bathroom sink faucet with a swivel spout.  Like all bathroom sink faucets, Portsmouth features American Standard’s exclusive Speed Connect® drain – the pre-assembled drain that installs effortlessly and never needs adjusting. The drain seals tightly so water stays in the sink, and the lift rodcomes set to correct height and never comes loose.

A deck mount tub filler, bath/shower valves that include a thermostatic option, and shower system trim complete the design-coordinated collection. Portsmouth bath/shower trim leverages American Standard’s TRIMendous universal valve technology, making it easy to upgrade any existing American Standard bath/shower in-wall valve, eliminating the need to rip out tile.

Like all American Standard bathroom faucets, Portsmouth faucets are worry-free, drip-free and built to last, including a lifetime warranty on function and finish — the faucets are guaranteed not to tarnish or scratch. Portsmouth bath faucets are lead free as defined under applicable federal and state laws. Suggested retail prices range from $179 to $825.
