Floor Refinishing – One Tool Does Hardwood, Concrete And Outdoor Decks

Home remodeling has enemies, most notably time & money. I’ve always wished there was a tool that would provide you the muscle you need to defend yourself from these neighborhood bullies. For deck restoration it’s hard to find a machine or complete process that’s up to the job. Chemical coating removers are messy. Power washing damages and penetrates wood fibers that can take days to dry. Recently at the 2010 Remodelers show I found a tool to do just that, it’s not your typical floor sanding machine.

It’s called the Onfloor 16™ . This machine will allow you to prep and  coat in the same day!

Onfloor Floor Refinishing Tool

The Onfloor 16™ has Gold Diamond Deck Plates that are designed to even out and prepare decks for coating while removing any old coatings. They won’t plug like sandpaper, designed to ride the lipage, alleviate cupping and even withstand nails and screws.

Onfloor for decks

For jobs that require less surface removal, the exclusive Deck Brushes effectively remove loose fibers and are ideal for unfinished or lightly finished decks. Hardwood floor refinishing can be an intimidating task. Light and easy to maneuver, Onfloor 16™ is the perfect partner when it comes to restoring or prepping interior hardwood floors.

Unlike traditional drum sanders, it operates virtually dust-free, making it ideal for interior applications. Sanding Pads are designed to use Velcro Sanding Discs to make changing sheets faster. And unlike traditional sanders, Onfloor 16™ utilizes a unique planetary motion to produce an even surface free from gouges or depressions.

Onfloor Works on concrete

When finishing your concrete basement or garage floor,  the Onfloor 16™, can be used to remove years of wear from just about any concrete surface. This machine is equally adept when removing an old coating, mastic, or prepping a floor for a new coating. The Onfloor 16™ can also have a polished concrete floor that will provide you with years of a low maintenance high gloss finish.  To learn more visit Onfloors website
