Recent Cupola Rebuild

I rebuilt this cupola a while back and just came across the photo. Access is always an issue and I had to stage the roof with roofing brackets on both sides and at different levels in order to get to the whole structure.We custom milled 1x cedar into tongue and groove boards to make the siding.Cedar is much more money but has inherent insect and rot resistant qualities and is a better choice for exterior trim. Cupola Renovation

A Challenging, Exciting and Rewarding Project! Cupola at 57-59 Main Street in Concord Center. Mark O'Lalor Painting Company discovered that the cupola was rotted and needed extensive work. He recommended us to the building owner for the repairs. We removed all the trim and panels from the cupola and duplicated them in our shop.
