When framing or remodeling probably the toughest nailing application has always been fastening LVL or engineered lumber together to make headers and beams.   Many times during these fastening applications I have to pull out my hammer and sink  a nail into the beam – this slows the process down.

Paslode recently came out with an Engineered Lumber Nail that makes fastening into engineered lumber like LVL, LSL and PSL easier.

According to Paslode the  Engineered Lumber Nails drive flush the first time, maximizing a contractor’s profitability by saving labor time and reducing wasted nails.

The Paslode Engineered Lumber Nails are compatible with all Paslode cordless and pneumatic framing nailers.

  • Brite finish – only
  • 30 degree paper tape collated nails
  • full round head
  • come in sizes of 3-1/4” x .131, 3” x .131 and 3” x .120.
  • Available in 1,000 count packs.
  • Retail approx. $40.00 per 1000 pack.
